What happens if I arrive late?

Our policy allows for a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Are you able to service hair length down to the floor?

You can come in with hair down to the floor and we will kut it for you. However, we do not kut hair longer than what we refer to as a three-finger length (3FL) on the sides and back. If your hair matches or exceeds these lengths and you plan to grow it even longer, our shop may not be the right fit for you.

What’s the penalty for no-show?

If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 2 hours in advance or do not show up, you will lose online booking privileges and may be required to keep a credit card on file.

Are walk-ins allowed?

We are generally fully booked, so we recommend scheduling your appointment online to ensure a spot. If you prefer to walk in, we'll accommodate you if there's an opening or a no-show, but availability is often limited!

Can I request my stylist?

Our unmatched dedication to quality and consistency is supported by advanced software, hardware, rigorous training, and continuous quality checks. We serve customers on a first-come, first-served basis, with highly qualified team members ready to meet your needs. Should you require further assistance, our managers are always on hand to help. We offer a money-back guarantee for any inconsistencies if your kut is on file.

Is there a touch-up policy?

Following every appointment, you have a 7-day window to come in for touch-ups, should you need them. Please note that no appointment is required for these touch-ups; simply walk in. These sessions are intended solely to correct any errors or oversights. If a touch-up request is made for reasons other than fixing mistakes or missed spots, it may be denied.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Our money-back guarantee is straightforward. If you have a kut on file with us, we ensure it will be consistent regardless of the location or team member providing the service. If you believe your kut does not match the one on file, please provide feedback by contacting client services or texting 949.392.3422.

Please note the following conditions for the money-back guarantee (MBG):

1. Your profile must include photos of the kut for which the MBG is requested.
2. In cases where an MBG is requested, we may require you to visit for an evaluation or touch-up before issuing a refund.
3. Tips are not refundable under the MBG.
